For international customers, please note your order may be subject to import taxes. Lightdream does not collect taxes for foreign countries.

Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Credit/Debit card & EFT are the available payment options. Australian orders are usually shipped the same day (if a business day) by Express Post but can also be delivered by Uber or Didi or collected from our shop in Burwood (Sydney).

International orders are welcome and can be completed online. If you cannot place your order please contact us via the contact page.


Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of payment but are normally shipped the same day the order is placed (Business days, Mon-Fri). Please check your email (including junk folder) for updates on shipping.

All orders under $250.00 are shipped by Express Post Fee: $11.50 + GST Delivery next business day: East coast capital cities, Adelaide
Free shipping available by Parcel Post for Australian orders over $250.00.

Uber is available for deliveries in Sydney. Deliveries are usually within two hours of the order being placed. Cost is Uber charge.

The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you after dispatch.


Customers who wish to cancel their order after payment please contact us by phone or email asap. There is no penalty for cancellation. Customers who wish to return goods that they have purchased please contact us by email with details. Provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery and the goods are unused, unopened and in the same condition as shipped, you will receive a full refund less postage costs.
