LD2000-PL
AC CONTROLLER
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The LD2000-PL is an AC controller designed for switching mains voltage (240VAC). It is supplied with a lux sensor to allow switching only when dark.
Control is via Lightdream’s PIR motion and lux sensors. The lux sensor to be placed in a position where it can detect daylight. All sensors are for internal use only.
CONFIGURATIONS
Configuration 1
LHS DIP switch OFF, Sensor Inputs 1, 2 & 3 control Load A.
Configuration 2
LHS DIP switch ON, Sensor Inputs 1 & 2 control Load A, Sensor Input 3 controls Load B.
The lux sensor is connected to Input 4 for either configuration.
CONNECTION DIAGRAM

CONNECTIONS
Configuration 1 – single load only
1. Connect 240V load to LOAD A terminals.
2. Connect power to ANE terminals.
3. Connect lux sensor to Sensor Input 4.
4. Connect first PIR sensor to Sensor Input 1.
5. Connect second PIR sensor to Sensor Input 2 after removing black jumper.
6. Connect third PIR sensor to Sensor Input 3 after removing black jumper.
7. Leave black jumpers in place if not using Sensor Inputs 2 & 3.
8. Push DIP switch 1 down to OFF position.
9. Set DIP switches 2, 3 & 4 for required time delay.
10. Adjust lux sensor. Turning the dial fully anti-clockwise will allow the light to turn on in daylight. Turning the dial fully clockwise won’t allow the light to turn on until extremely dark.
Configuration 2 – two individual loads
1. Connect 240V loads to LOAD A & LOAD B terminals.
2. Connect power to ANE terminals.
3. Connect lux sensor to Sensor Input 4.
4. Connect first PIR sensors to Sensor Inputs 1 and second PIR sensor to Sensor Input 2 for control of LOAD A.
5. Connect PIR sensor to Sensor Input 3 for control of LOAD B.
6. Leave black jumpers in place if not using the other Sensor Inputs.
7. Push DIP switch 1 up to ON position.
8. Set DIP switches 2, 3 & 4 for required time delay.
9. Adjust lux sensor. Turning the dial fully anti-clockwise will allow the light to turn on in daylight. Turning the dial fully clockwise won’t allow the light to turn on until extremely dark.
PIR AND LUX SENSORS
Face D20mm, main body D14mm, overall length 42mm, recessed 40mm.
Mounting hole is from 14mm to 16mm depending on material.
POWER
Solid-state switching of mains power with a maximum total load connected to all outputs of 500W.
TEST SETTING
On test the load will be live for approximately 2-3 seconds.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Is there a jumper on all unused Sensor Inputs?
- Are plugs tightly connected?
- Check load by connecting directly to power.
- Is lux sensor connected to Input 4.
- Adjust lux sensor, turn anti-clockwise and trigger the PIR sensor. The light should come on.
- Check the tables above for the correct configuration.
- If problems persist phone or email for technical support. www.lightdream.com.au
