INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS & TROUBLESHOOTING

CONNECTING POWER
1. Slide off the terminal cover.
2. Connect power either by:
a) plugging in a 12/24VDC power adapter
OR
b) hardwire directly from a 12/24VDC LED driver to the screw terminals marked “INPUT”.
3. Connect the LED strip using the screw terminals marked “OUTPUT” (5A maximum load).

CONNECTING THE SENSORS & WIRELESS RECEIVERS
Up to two sensors or one wireless receiver can be connected to the controller. Use either input.

FADE-IN/FADE-OUT ADJUSTMENT
Slide off the terminal cover and adjust the dial to suit the required speed of fade-in/fade-out. From 0 to 5 seconds.

TIMER DELAY AFTER TRIGGERING
DIP switches set the time delay to turn off the light when there is no further triggering. Time settings are 30s, 1m, 2m & 5m.
Set to to 60 seconds for wireless door switch.
If re-triggered prior to timing out the timer restarts from zero.
To set, slide off the connection cover and set the DIP switches as follows.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

  • Is polarity correct for input and output power?
  • Connect the LED light directly to the power supply and check if working ok?
  • To test the controller, disconnect all sensors and place a momentary short between the LHS pin and the centre pin of one of the sensor inputs. The light should now be on and will time out according to the timer settings.
  • Connect one sensor at a time and test.
