PRICES & TAXES
Listed prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST is only applicable to orders having an Australian delivery address. To convert AUD to your currency click here for XE Currency Converter.
For international customers, please note your order may be subject to import taxes. Lightdream does not collect taxes for foreign countries.
Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Credit/Debit card & EFT are the available payment options. Australian orders are usually shipped the same day (if a business day) by Express Post but can also be delivered by Uber or Didi or collected from our shop in Burwood (Sydney).

International orders are welcome and can be completed online. If you cannot place your order please contact us via the contact page.
SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERIES
FOR AUSTRALIA
Orders placed prior to 12 noon on business days are shipped the same day unless we are short on stock or need to custom make. Order placed after 12 noon are shipped the next business day. (Business days, Mon-Fri). Please check your email (including junk folder) for updates on shipping.

Uber is available for deliveries in Sydney. Deliveries are usually within two hours of the order being placed. Cost is Uber charge.

TRACKING
The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you after dispatch.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Customers who wish to cancel their order after payment please contact us by phone or email asap. There is no penalty for cancellation. Customers who wish to return goods that they have purchased please contact us by email with details. Provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery and the goods are unused, unopened and in the same condition as shipped, you will receive a full refund less postage costs.
